Kocok gula pasir dan telur hingga agak kental lalu masukkan cake&lt;br /&gt;emulsifier, kocok kembali hingga kental dan berjejak.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan tepung terigu, baking powder dan sari buah mangga bubuk,&lt;br /&gt;aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tambahkan santan dan sari buah mangga cair, aduk dengan spatula besar&lt;br /&gt;hingga rata hingga ke bagian dasar kom adonan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tiba-tiba jadi pingin makan&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="yshortcuts" id="lw_1300787257_0"&gt;puding mangga&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;seperti yang pernah aku makan di Crystal Jade Rest. (Jakarta) 10 tahun yang lalu. Entah restoran itu masih ada atau tidak. Yang terbayang adalah puding mangga yang lembut, tidak terlalu manis, milky tapi nggak eneg. Lempar tanya ke milis nggak ada respons sama sekali, /yo//wis/-lah pake resep hasil browsing saja. Sempat bingung mau pakai resep yang mana, akhirnya diputuskan pakai resep&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="yshortcuts" id="lw_1300787257_1"&gt;Dapur&lt;/span&gt;Bunda/DetikFood&amp;nbsp; (sama).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saya coba 1/3 resep&amp;nbsp; saja, jadinya banyak (25 cup kecil). Pewarna &amp;amp; essence nggak pakai. Waktu melarutkan gelatine sempat panik karena bergerindil, lanjut aja diaduk pake whisk. Mangga aku blender pakai campuran santan &amp;amp; susu evaporated. Hasilnya, puding yang sangat lembut. Manisnya pas, mungkin lain kali kalau bikin lagi susu evaporatednya aku kurangi, pure mangganya ditambah. Karena tidak pakai pewarna, pudingnya jadi pucat &amp;amp; kurang cantik. Sausnya aku pakai sedikit susu carnation diencerkan. Overall, cukup memuaskan buat /tombo pingin/. Karena tidak dimasak, puding ini umurnya nggak panjang. Masukkan ke dalam air yang mendidih. Kocok sampai larut. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aduk jadi satu: santan kara, susu, cream, pure mangga dan ice cube hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Campur dengan campuran gula dan gelatine. Kocok sampai rata. Masukkan esens mangga dan pewarna. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Diamkan selama 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan ke dalam cetakan sesuai selera.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan ke dalam chiller/kulkas selama 3 jam */(aku: minimum 5 jam, 3 jam masih lembek)/*. Lalu bilas dengan air matang, tiriskan. Masukan kedalam mangkok.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Campurkan gula dan vanilli kedalam mangkok mangga , aduk rata, hingga benar-benar tercampur. Simpan dalam kulkas semalaman.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Penyajian:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ambil sekitar 2 atau 3 sdm manisan mangga ke dalam gelas. Beri air dingin, aduk rata, beri es batu. Pindahkanlarutan kedalam gelas ukur dan sisihkan sampai benar2 dingin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:'Times New Roman','serif';font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:'Times New Roman','serif';font-size:100%;"  &gt;- Blender mangga dan longan sampai halus, saring dan buang ampasnya. Campurkan dengan larutan gula. Aduk rata. Tuang kedalam palstik container dan tutup. Bekukan di freezer selama 2 jam atau sampai mengeras. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:'Times New Roman','serif';font-size:100%;"  &gt;- Keluarkan adonan dan blender atau mixer untuk melembutkan butiran es.Tambahkan putih telur. Kocok sampai tercampur rata tetapi jaga           jangan sampai cair. Tuang kedalam plastik container, tutup dan bekukan kembali selama 3 jam. Alasi dengan kertas roti yang dioles mentega.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Campur semua bahan alas, aduk rata. Tuang ke loyang sambil ditekan-tekan dengan sendok hingga padat menutupi dasar loyang. Simpang di lemari pendingin selama 1 jam.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Kocok cream cheese, gula castor, tepung custard dan maizena hingga rata dan lembut. Tambahkan daging buah mangga sambil dikocok pelan sampai rata. Tuang telur sedikit demi sedikit, kocok hingga tercampur. Tambahkan whipcream, aduk hingga adonan mengental. Tuang ke loyang berisi adonan alas. Panggang dengan cara au bain marie selama 75 menit dengan suhu 150 derajat hingga matang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Topping : susun irisan mangga di atas cheese cake.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Masak selai apricot dan air di atas api kecil sambil diaduk hingga rata, oleskan dengan kuas di atas irisan buah mangga. ambil daging buahnya 550gram&lt;br /&gt;(aku pakai mangga hasil metik di kebon bu Umi, mertuaku)&lt;br /&gt;100gram gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;100ml air&lt;br /&gt;150ml Susu Kental Manis putih&lt;br /&gt;1pak Jell-O rasa Lemon (85gram)*&lt;br /&gt;400ml air mendidih&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Blender daging buah mangga, gula, air dan SKM sampai lembut, tuangkan ke dalam wadah/mangkok&lt;br /&gt;- Campurkan Jell-O kedalam air hangat, aduk sampai Jell-O nya larut.&lt;br /&gt;- Masukkan campuran Jell-O ke dalam mangga yang sudah diblender, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;- Tuangkan ke dalam gelas pendek atau cup plastik, tambahkan potongan buah mangga diatas nya.&lt;br /&gt;- Simpan dalam freezer selama 1-2jam sampai keras**&lt;br /&gt;- Siap dihidangkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*Jell-O bisa diganti dengan agar-agar bening, cara membuatnya agak beda dikit - kalau pakai agar2 bisa dicampur semua bahan dan di masak sampai mendidih sebelum di masukkan cetakan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;** Tekstur puding ini lembut banget, jadi mesti di sajikan dingin.
